MVP Group regards data that identifies you is personal data.  This Privacy Policy covers how MVP Group and our affiliate companies and communities handles your personal data, whether you interact with us on our websites, through our Discord Communities, or in person.  MVP Group's Privacy Policy does not apply to how third parties define personal data or how they use it.  We encourage you to read their privacy policies and know your privacy rights before interacting with them.

MVP Group seeks to balance member interaction with privacy.  This means we strive to collect only the personal data that we need.  The personal data that MVP Group collects depends on how you interact with us.  When you create an account within the MVP Group Portal we may collect a variety of information, including:

Contact Information:  Name, Address, Email, Mobile/Cell and other contact information.
Fraud Prevention Information:  Data used to help identify and prevent fraud.
Device Information:  Information pertaining to your computer hardware and peripherals.
Transaction Information:  Data about purchases, services or transactions facilitated by MVP Group.
Payment Information:  Data about your billing address and method of payment.

Participation Data:  Information about the events, airshows and competitions you participate in.

Individuals:  MVP Group may collect data about you from other individuals - for example, if that individual has invited you to participate in an MVP Group event, activity or competition, or has shared content with you.

At Your Direction:  You may direct other individuals or third parties to share data with MVP Group.  For example, you may direct your MVP Group Portal account to share data about your virtual aerobatic team with other virtual pilots within the global community, where they may respond and interact with MVP Group.

MVP Group Partners:  We may also validate the information you provide - for example, when creating an MVP Group Portal account, with a third party for security, and for fraud-prevention purposes.



MVP Group uses personal data to power our services, to process your transactions, to communicate with you, to efficiently organise events, activities and competitions, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.  We may also use your personal data for other purposes with your consent.

Power our Services:  MVP Group collects personal data necessary to power our services, which may include personal data collected to personalise or improve our offerings, for internal purposes such as auditing or data analysis, or for improving our events and services. 

Process Your Transactions:  To process transactions, MVP Group must collect data such as your name, payment information and other relevant data.

MVP Group does not use algorithms or profiling to make any decision that would significantly affect you without the opportunity for human review.

MVP Group retains personal data only for so long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including as described in this Privacy Policy or in our service-specific privacy notices, or as required by law.  We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.  When assessing retention periods, we first carefully examine whether it is necessary to retain the personal data collected and, if retention is required, work to retain the personal data for the shortest possible period permissible unread law.


MVP Group may share with service providers who act on our behalf, our partners, or others at your direction.  Further, MVP Group does not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service Providers:  MVP Group may engage third parties to act as our service providers and perform certain tasks on our behalf, such as delivering products to customer.  MVP Group service providers are obligated to handle personal data consistent with this Privacy Policy and according to our instructions.  They cannot use the personal data we share for their own purposes and must delete or return the personal data once they've fulfilled our request.

Partners:  At times, MVP Group may partner with third parties to provide services or other offerings for members.

To access certain MVP Group services, events and competitions, a child must provide a completed Parent and/or Guardian Consent Form;

Parents and/or Guardians:  To create an MVP Group Portal account, parents must review the MVP Group Family Privacy Disclosure for Children Statement, which describes how MVP Group handles children's personal data.  If they agree, the parent and/or guardian must provide MVP Group with verifiable consent.

If we learn that a child's personal data was collected without appropriate authorisation or consent, it will be deleted as soon as possible.


MVP Group websites, online services, interactive applications, email messages, and advertisements may use Cookies and Other Technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons.  These technologies help us to better understand user behavior including for security and fraud prevention purposes, tell us which parts of or website people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches.

Communications Cookies:  These cookies are used to enable network traffic to and from MVP Group's systems, including bu helping us to detect any errors.

Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format that you can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened.  We may use this data to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.

MVP Group generally treats data we collect using these cookies and similar technologies as non-personal data.  However, to the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal data by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal data.  In addition, MVP Group sometimes combines non-personal data collected from these technologies with other personal data MVP Group holds.  When we combined data in this way, we treat the combined data as personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
